What is included in Ongoing Care?
Every care plan includes managed hosting, SSL certificate, platform and plugin security updates, scheduled backups, and a set amount of content edits each month. Higher tiers include CMS updates, product changes, checkout monitoring, and priority support.
Is Ongoing Care required after my site launches?
No. Care plans are optional. However, without an active plan you are responsible for hosting, updates, backups, and security patches. We recommend at least a basic plan so your site stays secure and fast.
How does maintenance work month to month?
We monitor your site, apply updates during low-traffic windows, and perform backups before any change. Small content requests go into a monthly queue and are typically completed within a few business days.
What counts as a 'small content edit'?
Text changes, image swaps, new blog posts, adding a team member, updating hours, or replacing a product photo. New pages, custom features, layout redesigns, or large-scale content migration are quoted separately.
What if I need more than my plan covers?
Extra work beyond your plan's included edits is billed at a simple hourly rate, quoted upfront before we start. You can also upgrade your care tier at any time.
Can I cancel or change my care plan?
Yes. Care plans are month-to-month and can be paused, upgraded, or cancelled with 30 days' notice. There are no long-term contracts.
Where is the site hosted?
We use reliable edge hosting suited to your site's stack. Hosting, CDN, and SSL are included in every care plan so you don't need a separate hosting bill.
How fast is support?
Care-plan clients receive priority email support. Landing Page Care responses are typically within two business days; Brand Website and Store Care clients receive faster turnaround with direct support.
